My Christmas experience here was amazing! The hosts were very warm and welcoming, making me feel like part of a family. The food was definitely one of the best aspects! I enjoyed homemade ice cream, pastry, and coffee that were available upon arrival, and later on, a delicious vegetarian dinner. This place is perfect for those who love organic food as the ingredients come directly from the garden. the location was also great as it was in the heart of the town, just a few minutes' walk away from the main plaza, cafes and shops.
The bed, which was a bit small, but this is not very relevant considering the warm welcome and friendly atmosphere during my stay.

We had a fantastic stay with amazing hosts who offer tours to hidden gems in the entire Caucasus region. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had wonderful facilities such as a beautiful garden and transportation services. Additionally, the hotel is located very conveniently close to the caves and many other sights, and the staff is incredibly hospitable and serves the most delicious home-cooked breakfasts and dinners using fresh ingredients from their garden.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. the food was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. the garden was a nice addition and added to the overall charm of the place.
Although the room was comfortable, the bed was a bit too short for taller guests. the toilet being outside may not be ideal for everyone.

They welcomed us with homemade snacks and delicious coffee. Their garden-fresh ingredients made our breakfast and dinner a culinary delight. As avid hikers, we appreciated the central location and the opportunity to explore the Caucasus region. Ashot's guided tours are an added bonus, with Tatev and other nearby sights just a short trip away. the rooms were cozy, the bathroom was clean, and the host's attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home.
The lack of air conditioning may make it uncomfortable during the summer months.
